  1.  On the 12th of september, all the disabled children from the federal territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya were invited to visit Menara Kuala Lumpur observation deck for free in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2012. The event was sponsored by Sekolah Yaakob Latif and Menara Kuala Lumpur. 30 schools, and 1500 children participated this event.

    The 30 school that took part was:

  2. The recommended sleeping hour for an adult is 7-9 hours per night. 


       Studies have shown that oversleeping can indeed cause a host of nasty side effects for those that do it for a long period of time. People that sleep more than nine hours per night have shown to be 50% more likely to suffer from diabetes. Diabetes are not the only medical problem due to oversleeping, headache, back problems, and obesity are also the side effects from oversleeping

    Fun facts: Individuals with an “apple” body shape are at greater risk for diabetes than are those with “pear” body shapes
